Noyes invested in semi-automatic equipment that can fill gelatin and vegetable-based capsules and generates very little excess powder waste, making it ideal for startups, short runs and products with unusually expensive ingredients.

The Noyes technical team has 10 years prior experience running capsule filling machines at a major pharmaceutical company, and is ready to apply that experience to your product. The Capsugel Ultra 8 II capsule filler has tooling for capsule sizes 1, 0 and 00, and can fill approximately 10,000 capsules per hour. Tooling for additional sizes is readily available.

When demand for your capsule product outgrows the semi-automatic filler, we’re ready for you. Our IMA Zanasi 70F capsule filler runs at a speed of up to 70,000 size 00 capsules per hour.

Capsules filled on either machine can also be pre-printed with your product name on each capsule shell.
