Our management team is dedicated to customer satisfaction. Key members of the team:
David Hill, President, took the helm at P. J. Noyes in 1985. He holds a bachelor's degree from Duke, and an MBA from Vanderbilt. He is fluent in Spanish, and is a volunteer pilot for Angel Flight, a charitable organization that provides free air transportation to those in need. Dave enjoys tennis, fly-fishing, scuba, and other water sports. He is a past president of the Lancaster Rotary Club, and past Chairman of the Mt. Washington Regional Airport Commission.
Dennis Wogaman, Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, has been with P. J. Noyes since 1997 and has spent more than 25 years in the food and pharmaceutical industry. He has a Master of Science degree in biology from Wright State University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Plymouth State College.
Dennis has a keen interest in using Lean Manufacturing techniques to help teams improve safety, quality and productivity. To counterbalance his interest in processes, Dennis enjoys a wide variety of outdoor interests, especially involving travel and family, with a loose enough agenda to stop and smell the roses.
Alan Kurtzberg, Quality Manager, comes to P. J. Noyes from the Denver, CO location of Upsher-Smith Laboratories, a manufacturer of solid oral dose medications. Alan holds a BS degree in Chemistry from Mississippi State University and an MS degree from the University of Southern Mississippi. He has worked in the field of pharmaceutical quality for eleven years. During that time, he has had various responsibilities including laboratory management, compliance auditing, and document control.
Alan has been married for over thirty years. In addition to Denver, the family has lived in southern California and south Mississippi. Alan and his family are survivors of Hurricane Katrina.
Jennifer Cusick, Sales & Marketing Manager, recently joined the P. J. Noyes management team. She has a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Maine and an MBA from Plymouth State College. Jen has 23 years of management experience, in paper, FDA and EPA products, working in a number of positions including Quality, Technical Service, Sales, Marketing and Operations.
Jen has a passion for outdoor adventure, and is a board member and a volunteer for the Pemi Valley Search and Rescue Team in Franconia Notch. She also serves on the advisory board for Karma Balm, makers of natural skin care and first aid products.
Lori Pelissier, Human Resources Manager, joins P. J. Noyes with more than 20 years experience in Human Resources. Previously, she has worked for AN Deringer Inc., Sweetheart Corporation, Columbia Forest Products, and CRMI, all located in Vermont. Lori attended Champlain College and received her PHR in 1999. She brings a strong background in safety and training.
She was born and raised in Burlington, Vermont and has relocated to Lancaster. Outside of work, she is an avid sports fan and enjoys hiking, bike riding and spending time with her son and daughter-in-law.
Steven Skinner, Liquid Production Manager, has been with P. J. Noyes since 2003. For the first four years, he was the Master Scheduler and is currently the Production Manager for the Liquid side of the business.Steve was raised in Lancaster, New Hampshire. He lives in one of New Hampshire's most northerly towns where he and his wife of over 30 years built their own home. Steve particularly enjoys playing golf with his wife on their time off, but also enjoys riding his motorcycle, hunting, and other outdoor activities.
Tracey Morrill, Tablet Production Manager, joined P. J. Noyes in June 2008 after 23+ years in the paper manufacturing industry with experience in quality, technical and production areas.He is a New Hampshire native who enjoys spending his time off on his hobby farm with his wife and horses. Tracey is an avid soccer fan and ex-High School Varsity soccer coach.
Lisa Potter, Logistics/IT Manager, joined P.J. Noyes as a Network Administrator in 2007. She brings experience in Computer Systems Administration and Machinist/Toolmaker skills from global manufacturing companies with facilities in New England. She and her family returned 'home' to northern NH, where both she and her husband have family ties, after living and working in VT and Maine. Lisa holds an AS degree in Computer Programming from Castleton State College in VT and a BS degree in Computer Information Technology from Southern NH University, both of which were obtained via part-time studies while continuing with full-time employment and raising a family. She is passionate about efficiency and accuracy, and strives, with everything she does, to deliver excellence. Her dream of having her own horse came true, here in NH and she loves the simple things in life: campfires, star-gazing, nature-walks, her girls' musical instrument playing, snow, good home-cooking shared with friends ...
Leonard Boulanger, Materials Manager, has over 30 years in the Materials Management and Distribution fields. He has been involved in all aspects of purchasing chemicals, machined parts, raw materials, packaging, and MRO supplies, both domestically and internationally. He has experience in just-in-time and supply chain management techniques along with MRP techniques. He has received training in Good Manufacturing Practices through the GMP Institute. He has a Bachelors degree in business administration from Nathaniel Hawthorne College. He enjoys golf and fly-fishing, and lives in Bethlehem, New Hampshire.
